The issue is explained free of "geek speak," and the risk of not implementing is explained. The client can then choose their risk tolerance when making IT investment decisions.

Our dedicated Technology Account Managers deliver business value reporting during regularly scheduled Wellness Visits with clients. They are responsible for the day-to-day experience of the relationship.

Each client's dedicated fractional Chief Information Officer leverages the information from the Technology Account Managers' engagement when consulting on strategic or budgetary issues with the client management team.

The dedicated Network Administration Team is made up of a Service Manager, in-house end user support engineers and field engineers. They ensure the anywhere/anytime experience.

All IT projects are scoped in fixed-fee pricing and are accompanied by a detailed Statement of Work. This process sets expectations to be managed to and mitigates scope creep. Often, the technology roadmap is modified to account for changes in the client's business.
