masterIT team member spotlight - Gus Molina

 Meet Gus Molina, Support desk Engineer. Gus is one of the newest members of the masterIT team, but he already fits in like family. He is a really nice person and a lot of fun to work with. Speaking of family, Gus is really proud of his family.

"Growing up in a single parent family (I was raised by my Mom) impressed upon me at an early age just how important the family unit  truly is. That being said my life revolves around my God and my family. In most of the families that I know, the fathers are the bread winners and disciplinarians but do little else in the family. I on the other hand jumped head first into parenthood. I wanted to get my hands dirty so to speak so when my daughter was born I was first in line to change her diapers. When she cried in the middle of the night I’d let my wife sleep while I fed the baby her 2am feeding and rocked her back to sleep. I was always more than happy to give my wife her alone time or girls night out. I absolutely loved spending as much time with my daughter as I possibly could. We’d go hiking, biking, father daughter date nights, dance class (she’s a natural by the way which she gets from her mother), play games of all kinds including dolls and tea time. Nothing was out of the question when all she’ had to say was “Daddy please.”

How could anyone be willing to miss out on those times and forego those wonderful memories…Frankly I can’t and won’t…I look forward to a life time of those kind of memories. Remember communicating with your family about all facets of life strengthens that family bond; add God and this bond is all but unbreakable." ~ Gus Molina
