Technology Account Manager
masterIT is currently seeking an individual to assume a new position as account manager and sales support to existing clients as well as systems architecture for all new and existing clients.
Job Duties:
- Ability to architect IT projects for new and existing clients from desktop to server and/or a complete infrastructure design
- Working knowledge of IT hardware and software platforms with the ability to generate and present quotes to new and existing clients
- Set and manage client expectations on a daily basis
- Single point of contact for all clients
- Prepare reports and conduct client meetings
- Ability to quickly learn or employ consultative-style selling skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Experience – 3-5 years experience in IT design and installation
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client facing setting either in sales or account management
- Self starter, self motivated, organized, disciplined thinker and disciplined actions
- Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with C-Level
- Medium-Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- IT Certifications a plus
Pay structure is base salary plus commission
